Top court to take up records dispute stemming from Vanecko case

SPRINGFIELD — The state’s top court will look into an open records dispute stemming from the probe of a fatal sidewalk altercation involving former mayor Richard M. Daley’s nephew, Richard J. Vanecko.The Illinois Supreme Court this morning agreed to take up the case of whether documents related to Dan K.
