Chicago bankruptcy firm sanctioned in Virginia court

A Chicago bankruptcy firm and a pair of its attorneys were sanctioned $250,000 and barred from practicing in the federal Western District of Virginia for at least five years, a bankruptcy judge ruled last week.In a 62-page ruling, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Paul M.
