Lawsuit against Norfolk Southern can stay here over injury in Georgia

An Illinois woman can proceed with her Cook County suit against a railroad over alleged injuries while training in Georgia for a conductor position.The defendant, Norfolk Southern Railway Co., moved to dismiss, arguing the suit should be sent southbound. But Circuit Judge Kathy M.
