An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board called for the suspension of a southern Illinois lawyer who is accused of improper business dealings with clients.Mark B. Moran, a sole practitioner in Aviston — about 35 miles east of St. Louis — was named in a two-count ARDC complaint filed in February 2017.Moran did not appear for his deposition or provide ARDC investigators with documents that he was asked to produce.
