Sex offender gets OK to call teen daughter

A convicted sex offender barred from having any contact with her 17-year-old daughter since her release from prison a month ago got the go-ahead Tuesday to talk to the girl on the telephone.In a hearing held by phone, U.S. District Judge Gary Feinerman granted Robin Frazier’s motion to partially lift a ban imposed by the Illinois Department of Corrections on any contact with her daughter.Frazier still is prohibited from seeing her daughter — identified only as T.G. — in person.But Feinerman ordered that …
