A Cook County judge upheld a $5.3 million verdict against Metra, but not without sanctioning plaintiff’s attorneys $50,000 for a discovery violation.Christopher P. Cravatta sued the rail agency in 2014 after he slipped on a combination of oil, snow and ice while stepping from the locomotive to a passenger car.Cravatta is represented by C.
