Clark Hill merges with Strasburger & Price

Clark Hill PLC and Texas-based Strasburger & Price LLP completed a merger today, according to an announcement Tuesday.The combined firm will consist of more than 600 lawyers in 25 offices across 12 states.The merger expands Clark Hill’s reach to Texas, where Strasburger & Price operated offices in Austin, Beaumont, Frisco, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.The firm will keep the Clark Hill name, except in the Lone Star State where it will operate as Clark Hill Strasburger.“This merger is really all about …
