A federal appeals court Monday punted on a challenge to a Wisconsin law that allows Juvenile Court judges to force pregnant women into drug treatment and throw them in jail if they refuse to cooperate.The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals did not rule on the merits of a trial judge’s holding that the so-called “cocaine mom” law is unconstitutionally vague.
