SPRINGFIELD — In the wake of a deadly Legionnaire’s disease outbreak at a veterans’ home, a Senate panel voted to raise the maximum award for Court of Claims cases twentyfold.Senate Bill 2481, proposed by Tinley Park Democrat Michael E.
