James A. Wright, of counsel at Chico & Nunes P.C., will join 16 other incoming Cook County associate judges after a runoff-election victory.Wright gained more circuit judges’ votes than Levander Smith Jr., assistant deputy general counsel at the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services, the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts announced Friday.
