The family of a woman who died three days after she went to a Woodstock emergency room with complaints of a headache has settled its lawsuit for $3.6 million.The estate and Centegra Health System came to the agreement after several pretrial conferences with Cook County Circuit Judge Edward S. Harmening, according to one of the plaintiff’s attorneys, Timothy J. Cavanagh of Cavanagh Law Group.Associate Judge Daniel T. Gillespie approved the settlement on Oct. 4.
