$6.2M to siblings hit by cop-fleeing semi truck

Two siblings injured when a semitrailer tractor truck involved in a police chase struck their vehicle in Calumet City settled their lawsuit against the truck driver and multiple businesses for $6.2 million.The case was dismissed Monday by Cook County Circuit Judge Kathy M. Flanagan after mediation the week before with former Cook County judge Joseph N.
