A $2.3 million settlement over a police shooting will likely dominate the Chicago City Council’s attention next week, but aldermen will also consider three other proposed settlements worth a total $3.9 million.The three other measures will be considered at Monday’s Finance Committee meeting and Wednesday’s full city council meeting.
