SPRINGFIELD — The Illinois House of Representatives approved a bill Thursday that revamps the rules around special interrogatories in civil lawsuits.If it were to become law, House Bill 2233 would give trial judges the discretion to grant or deny a special interrogatory proposed by any party at trial.
