Brinks loses another high-profile partner

An attorney who spent the past 40 years at Brinks, Hofer, Gilson & Lione and once served as its president said today he plans to leave the firm.Jerold A. Jacover will join Foley & Lardner LLP’s Chicago office as of counsel by the end of this month. Jacover is the second high-profile shareholder to say he’s leaving the firm within the past three weeks.
