One attendee at the Stanley Cup’s surreptitious Thursday morning visit to the Dirksen Federal Courthouse likened the event to a fundraiser for a politician. A line of people snaked outside the 25th-floor Parsons Ceremonial Courtroom into the hallway, as employees, judges, lawyers and a security dog waited to get their pictures snapped with the historic spoils from the Chicago Blackhawks’ championship NHL season.
