Another vacancy on the federal trial court in Chicago won’t be empty for much longer. In a voice vote Monday, the U.S. Senate confirmed Andrea R. Wood of the Securities and Exchange Commission to a seat on the bench. The vote was taken after U.S. Sen. Richard J.
