I read Editor Pat Milhizer’s column (“The ‘confidentiality’ game is one we’re not going to play,” May 12), and there needs to be some clarifications. First, it was apparent that the column was referring to my case that settled for $9 million ($8.8 million for the child and $200,000 for the parents).
