On April 23, 2010, Denard Eaves, the Harvey chief of police, was at a bowling alley in nearby Dolton. According to Eaves, two of his subordinate Harvey police officers, Henry Harris and Andre Sneed, stalked him at the alley and recorded his conversations with family and friends.
