Where a plaintiff added new claims of discrimination in a repeat Title VII suit, the suit was still barred by res judicata. The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a decision by U.S. District Judge Charles R. Norgle. Yvonne Averhart was employed as a guard at the Cook County Jail. Torts — proximate cause
