When the DuPage County Judicial Center opened in Wheaton 24 years ago, there was a room dedicated for lawyers that, for the most part, went unused.
Its location was a mystery, and it quickly and quietly disappeared.
But in 2005, a 3,600-square-foot attorney resource center was built, featuring modern furniture along with modern paintings adorning the walls.
