A husband and wife don’t have a case against a woman who sued them for allegedly holding her captive and forcing her to work for as little as 10 cents an hour, a federal judge held Thursday. In a written opinion, U.S. District Judge Virginia M. Kendall threw out a counterclaim filed by Marie Paule Epee and Eric Ngado Epee accusing Christine Ekalliipse Mouloki of placing them in a false light.
