A Cook County jury on Thursday awarded $10 million to a woman who developed a regional pain syndrome after a delivery worker’s overstacked cart collided with her at a Walgreens drugstore.The verdict came in 50-year-old plaintiff Sherri Miyagi’s negligence case. She sued Dean Transportation Inc. in 2014, alleging its delivery employee Rodolfo Mayen in March 2012 failed to safely move a dairy delivery cart.Miyagi was picking up prescriptions at a Lincolnwood Walgreens store to treat flu symptoms at the time of …
