Dean practices contract, partnership, fiduciary duty, professional negligence, white collar, bankruptcy, antitrust, unfair competition, intellectual property and energy-related disputes.

Catrina Erickson has joined the family law firm of Ladden & Allen Chtd. as an associate attorney.

Erickson practices dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, parental alienation and domestic violence.

She previously worked at another law firm concentrating in family law matters.

James E. Enlow, of counsel at Leavens, Strand & Glover LLC and senior show attorney for “The Steve Harvey Show” television talk program, spoke at the University of Wisconsin Law School Sports and Entertainment Law Society’s entertainment law symposium on Friday.

The panel, moderated by UW Law School professor Grady Frenchick, included Jay Korgan, vice president of business and legal affairs for DC Entertainment, and Sheri Linzell, business affairs executive at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment LLC.

Yarberry’s experience includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, supporting litigation and licensing matters, evaluating patent validity and performing clearance searches.

He had been serving as a law clerk for the firm’s patent prosecution practice group since 2015.

Yoo is experienced in technologies, including telecommunications, mobile devices, video codecs and consumer electronics.

He was previously a summer associate in 2015 at Quarles & Brady LLP in Tuscon, Ariz.

ADR Systems announced it has expanded its alternative dispute resolution services to now include family law mediation.

Its newest senior mediator and arbitrator for family law cases is retired judge Helaine Leslie Berger.

For nearly 20 years, Berger served as a judge in the Cook County Circuit Court’s Domestic Relations Division and Child Protection and Juvenile Justice Department.

She has experience in many areas of family law, including temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, visitation and property distribution.
