Its newest senior mediator and arbitrator for family law cases is retired judge Helaine Leslie Berger.
For nearly 20 years, Berger served as a judge in the Cook County Circuit Court’s Domestic Relations Division and Child Protection and Juvenile Justice Department.
She has experience in many areas of family law, including temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, visitation and property distribution.
