Spoliation sanction imposed in lawsuit vs. sheriff’s officers

A man alleging wrongful prosecution by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office will be able to make his case to a jury that the office deliberately destroyed video footage that could have helped his defense after a federal judge approved a sanction for spoliation last week.Under U.S. District Judge John Z.
