WAUKEGAN — Abraham Lincoln made his second trip to Waukegan Tuesday, more than 150 years after the first.A 30- by 40-inch framed photographic reproduction of an actual photo taken of the 16th president was donated anonymously to the Lake County Bar Association with instructions to present it to the 19th Judicial Circuit Court so it can be displayed at the Lake County Courthouse.The photograph, taken on June 3, 1860, is one of the most iconic of the pre-presidential Lincoln.
