Disbarred attorney in more trouble after DUI, alleged neglect of clients

A former Paducah, Ky., attorney who was disbarred in September in Illinois is the subject of another Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission complaint that reiterates the ARDC’s call for his disbarment after he allegedly neglected clients, failed to cooperate with the ARDC and was convicted of driving under the influence.Delbert Keith Pruitt, 57, who last registered with the ARDC as having an office in Paducah but was based out of far downstate Metropolis in recent years, was disbarred from …
