A family has settled with a far south suburban Harvey hospital for $4 million after a mother died from the effects of a post-labor stroke.Evelyn Robinson gave birth to twin daughters at Ingalls Memorial Hospital on Dec. 1, 2011. After the C-section operation, she experienced elevated blood pressure.Before the girls’ birth, Robinson had been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, a dangerous condition of high blood pressure some women get late in pregnancy or after giving birth.
