A federal appeals court declined to revive a Fourth Amendment lawsuit brought against the city of Chicago and three police officers by Daniel Martinez, who accused the officers of illegally entering his home while the police pursued a relative living next door.The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously affirmed the findings of Judge Robert M.
