A Cook County jury awarded $1.3 million to a man shot in the abdomen in 2015 at a South Side bar during a verbal altercation with another patron.The verdict against the Mount Greenwood bar was reached Sept. 5 after a five-day trial before Associate Judge Elizabeth M.
