ARDC board calls for disbarment for bad behavior

A trial attorney’s habit of filing frivolous pleadings in two separate civil cases is grounds for disbarment, an Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board found.The hearing board found David A. Novoselsky, who was previously sanctioned and suspended in connection with one of the cases, should lose his law license for his “sustained campaign of unfounded litigation and manipulation,” the hearing board wrote in its 80-page report.“His determination to control the proceedings …
