An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has called for the disbarment of Warren Ballentine III, a former radio host convicted on federal charges for his role in a mortgage fraud scheme.Ballentine, previously owner of the Law Office of Warren Ballentine LLC in Country Club Hills, was charged in a one-count complaint based on his criminal conviction in United States v.
