An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board recommended a one-year suspension for a Chicago attorney accused of being dishonest and stealing from his clients’ trust accounts.Adebayo O. Adesina, a sole practitioner in the Loop, was charged in a two-count complaint in August 2017 that alleged he stole money from two client trust accounts, acted dishonestly, failed to promptly administer funds and failed to obtain a client’s consent before taking his attorney fee.Adesina admitted all of …
