Settlement OK’d in TV cable dispute with Best Buy

A Cook County judge has tentatively approved a class-action settlement on behalf of consumers who claimed HDMI cable manufacturer Monster Inc. and Best Buy sold cables with misleading packaging.Associate Judge Franklin U. Valderrama gave the preliminary green light to the deal on Tuesday.
