SPRINGFIELD — Under a new bill, private insurers paid to administer Illinois’ Medicaid program would not be allowed to cut the amount they refund medical suppliers by more than 10 percent.House Bill 5930, proposed for the upcoming legislative session, came in response to IlliniCare, one of seven private insurers that are part of Gov.
