An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board called for the 15-month suspension of a Chicago sole practitioner accused of misconduct — including allegedly stealing more than $4,800 from the heirs of blues singer Howlin’ Wolf.The ARDC charged Jeffrey W. Deer, then a partner with Deer Stone & Maya P.C., in June 2015 with a three-count complaint that alleged misconduct in three separate client matters.
