SPRINGFIELD — The Illinois Supreme Court is deciding whether the court system can review a governor’s firing, particularly of a member of the Prisoner Review Board.Eric Gregg, formerly the mayor of Harrisburg, was appointed to the Prisoner Review Board by Gov.
