No fees for law firm in pillow case

SPRINGFIELD — The state’s top court agreed with an appellate court ruling that rejected fee awards for lawyers of a firm that claimed My Pillow Inc. failed to collect taxes on certain sales in Illinois.The Illinois Supreme Court upheld a ruling from the appellate court that denied attorney fees to Chicago lawyer Stephen B.
