Illinois Supreme Court disbars 10, suspends 16 in disciplinary orders

In the latest round of disciplinary orders issued this month, the Illinois Supreme Court disbarred 10 attorneys, suspended 16 and censured one.Warren Ballentine III of Durham, N.C., was disbarred after being found guilty in federal district court on one count of fraud, one count of mail and wire fraud, two counts of bank fraud and two counts of making false statements to financial institutions.
