A Cook County jury found in favor of a Libertyville hospital and a neurosurgeon nearly a decade after a woman, who suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm, sustained partial paralysis and speech impediments from two procedures at two different hospitals.The defense verdict was reached Sept. 20 after a nearly four-week trial before Circuit Judge Ann Collins-Dole.
