SPRINGFIELD — With Tuesday’s election in the rear-view mirror, lawmakers will return to Springfield this Tuesday for the annual veto session — a chance for the General Assembly to take action on bills Gov. Bruce Rauner vetoed this year.After a bill passes both chambers during the regular legislative session, it heads to the governor’s desk.
