A state appeals panel last week affirmed the dismissal of three open records requests the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law filed with the Chicago Board of Education.The Shriver Center in 2016 sought records from the board on how often police officers and security guards in the Chicago public schools received complaints.
