A Bolingbrook attorney accused of mishandling more than $16,000 in his clients’ third-party funds should be suspended for five months, an Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board found.Sole practitioner Brian R. Keeley was charged in a three-count complaint that alleged he failed to safeguard third-party funds for two of his clients, did not keep proper records for his client trust account and acted dishonestly.In response to the complaint, Keeley admitted most of the facts in the complaint …
