SPRINGFIELD — Gov.-elect J.B. Pritzker announced the first members of his incoming administration team.Pritzker announced last week that Christian Mitchell, Jesse H. Ruiz, and Daniel W. Hynes will serve as deputy governors.Ruiz is a partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and president of the Chicago Park District Board.
