Bensenville residents bothered by noise from an O’Hare International Airport runway waited too long to file their lawsuit against the city, a Cook County judge ruled.Jack Riser and other Bensenville residents filed a complaint against the city of Chicago on Oct. 1, 2015, arguing the new runway, which opened on Oct. 17, 2013, “deprived them of the enjoyment of their property.”The city’s Department of Aviation operates O’Hare.
