A juror’s negative Facebook comments about a case while impaneled were not enough to give the defendant a new trial, a divided appellate court ruled.A panel majority in an unpublished order Monday affirmed Johnie Daily’s aggravated unlawful use of a weapon conviction.Former Cook County circuit judge Matthew E.
