A Chicago attorney accused of stealing more than $237,000 from 15 different clients should be disbarred, an Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board found.Theodore A. Woerthwein, formerly of Woerthwein & Miller, was charged in a complaint filed Sept. 5 that alleged he dishonestly stole from his clients’ settlement funds from 2016 to 2018 and failed to cooperate with the ARDC’s investigation.Woerthwein was a partner at Woerthwein & Miller at the time he committed the alleged …
