A west suburban attorney should be suspended for six months and until further order of the court for neglecting two client matters and not cooperating with a disciplinary investigation, an Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board found.Daniel G. Galivan, a sole practitioner in La Grange, was charged in a three-count complaint filed on Aug. 30.Since Galivan did not answer the complaint or participate in the disciplinary hearing, the charges were deemed admitted.Count 1 involves Galivan’s …
