$7M tally in construction worker case

A construction worker who sustained multiple injuries when he was run over by an asphalt road grinder has settled his lawsuit with two defendants for $7 million.David A. Myslinski reached a $1 million agreement March 15 with Kenny Construction Co. to settle his claims, according to one of his attorneys, Michael D. Fisher of Goldberg Weisman Cairo.Myslinski is also represented by Louis C. Cairo of GWC.Part of the $7 million sum comes from a $6 million agreement reached Feb. 8 with defendants Maneval Construction Co., who …
