Hearing Board finds ARDC admin didn’t prove insurance fraud case

A disciplinary complaint alleging an attorney acted dishonestly and committed insurance fraud should be dismissed, an Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board found.The hearing board concluded the ARDC administrator did not prove the allegations against Tracy H. Wolfe with clear and convincing evidence. Currently, her Illinois law license is voluntarily inactive.Wolfe was charged in a one-count complaint that alleged she falsely claimed to be an employee of her father’s company in order to receive …
